Had been wanting to cook nasi lemak for myself, but was too busy when I was in Cambridge. I took the opportunity to do a more proper nasi lemak with ikan bilis & peanuts when D & A came to visit us in Cardiff. Actually I did not prepare for peanuts, but thks to D who happened to bring a packet of Bombay Mix and she digged out the peanuts from it. I bought luncheon meat but left it in the kitchen cupboard and totally forgot about it. The chicken drumstick was not fantastic cos I did not fry it but put it in the oven. But all in all, 将就a little bit, the taste was still quite ok given the fact that you hardly find any restaurant here that serve nasi lemak.
