1 Chicken Breast - cut to bite size
1/2 Tbsp Cooking Wine,
1 tbsp soy sauce,
2 pinches Black Pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce,
2 pinches Black Pepper
- Mix all ingredient together for about 10 mins
- After 10mins, put one tbsp corn
starch mix with chicken
(B) Prepare for the Batter:
1 Egg White,
4 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Tbsp Water
- Mix all ingredient together
- Put the chicken from (A) into
the batter and mix them together
(C)
Prepare for the Sauce:
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Cooking wine
1Tsp Korean Red Pepper Paste
1Tsp Korean Red Pepper Paste
1Tsp Mayonnaise
1 Pinch Black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Finely chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together in
a bowl
(D)
Putting everything together
- Fry the chicken from (B).
- Pour the mixture of sauce from
(C) into saucepan to cook for about a min or two in medium fire.
- Put the fried chicken into the
sauce, stir it evenly, add sesame seeds, stir again.
- Place chicken on plate, garnish
with some sesame seeds and spring onion and serve.
