芝麻海苔鸡肉松


I follow this recipe from 星洲日报, but I only use about 350gm of chicken, so I put only 1/3 of all the ingredient, but I would suggest you can put slightly more rock sugar and soy sauce to make it more tasty. I did not follow point no. 3 which I think I should have, I used food processor to blend it which is not as good. 350gm of meat only make one small jug of chicken floss. Also, I add roasted sesame & seaweed after the floss is almost done at point no.4.
