-芦笋一把约250克 Asparagus 250g
-香蒜油*两茶匙
Fried garlic oil* 2 tsp
-酱青一茶匙 Soy sauce 1 tsp
-麻油一茶匙 Sesame oil 1tsp
-蚝油一茶匙 Oyster sauce 1 tsp
-盐少许 Little bit salt
做法:
- 芦笋洗净、切段(约4公分长)Wash and cut asparagus into appx 4 cm.
- 将所有调味料:香蒜油、酱青、麻油、蚝油、盐,放入碗内搅拌均匀。所有调味料都可以凭个人喜好加减。Place all seasonings into a bowl and mix them well.
- 煮一锅水,水沸后才加入芦笋烫两分钟(烫太久芦笋会变黄营养流失),将芦笋捞起沥干,倒入碗内和调味料一起搅拌就可以了。Blanched the asparagus in boiling water only for 2 mins, drained it and mixed it well with the seasonings, that it's!
*香蒜油:将蒜茸用热油爆香至金黄色就可以了。我通常一次过做一小碗香蒜油,收着可以用两个星期左右,非常方便。
*Fried garlic oil: Fried minced garlic in hot oil until it turns golden brown (be careful not to burn it). I normally make a small bowl of fried garlic oil and keep it for about two weeks.
