Spicy Achovy with Onion 香辣洋葱江鱼仔




·       
       Ingredients 材料: 
        -   Two large onions, sliced 两个大葱切条状
·      -  A few garlic cloves, smashed 几个蒜头拍扁
·      -  A few Purple shallots, smashed  几粒小红葱拍扁
·      -  One green chilli and red chilli   青红辣椒各1条搅烂
    -  Roasted peanuts (optional) 炒过的花生一小把
·      -  A handful of achovy 一把江鱼仔洗净备用

      Direction 做法:
·      -   Fried achovy with hot oil, until it turns golden, remove from pan.  热油,下江鱼仔爆香捞起江鱼在备用
·      -  Fried garlics, purple shallots, onions and chilli using the remaining oil in the pan, until onions turn soften  后放入其它材料,翻炒至洋葱变软。

·      - Add fried achovy and mixed them well, add some black soy sauce, sugar to taste. 加入炒过的江鱼仔和炒过花生(optional)一起拌匀加些黑酱油和白糖如果太辣就再加些糖就可以上桌了。
