This is what I call service

I was searching on internet for a room for our holidays in Prague.

I came across this hotel called The Castle Step, which they state on their website that I can email them my request (incl type of room & budget etc...), and they will return with a proposal, so, that was what I did. Eventually I booked a double bedroom with them for only 15 pounds per person per night including breakfast, quite a good deal isn't it?!

After I confirmed the booking, they emailed me the details how we can go to the hotel from the airport, and the names of two person who are going to serve us during our stay, and they will wait for us at the door step of the hotel if we give them a call from the airport.

Yesterday, I suddenly remembered that they did not answer to my request if there will be a writing desk in the room (cos we are going for 5 days and Woon has to do his research there lah), and in the previous room they offered us, they said the room is too small to put a writing desk inside, so I sent them an email just to confirm. Guest what? I received an email from them today with a picture of the room we are going to stay (the room is called Violet Room), showing a table in the room which we can use as a writing desk.

Although this is only a 3 stars hotel, even before our arrival to Prague, I am already quite impressed with their service.

Emm..... May be it is too early to say it now, wait for my trip to Prague and I shall let you know later yah. Good luck to us!
