- Soak cleaned rice for 30 min.
- Chop up prawns into big pieces,carrots and pumpkin into dices.
- Fry prawns in wok with one tbsp of fragrant oil then fry with carrot
- Add in soaked rice and fry till transparent
- Then pour in water to 熬 till rice is completely 膨胀
- Then add in pumpkin and garlic and 熬again with the oil that was used to fry the carrot and prawn.
