Prawn Porridge 鲜虾粥




  • Soak cleaned rice for 30 min.
  • Chop up prawns into big pieces,carrots and pumpkin into dices.
  • Fry prawns in wok with one tbsp of fragrant oil then fry with carrot
  • Add in soaked rice and fry till transparent
  • Then pour in water to till rice is completely 膨胀
  • Then add in pumpkin and garlic and again with the oil that was used to fry the carrot and prawn.
