Healthy 'tartar sauce' made with Greek yogurt - just finely
chop cucumber, coriander, mint, onion and celery, add all of them and mix well with Greek yogurt (or normal original yogurt), then add lemon juice, abit of salt,
pepper, caster sugar to taste.

麦当劳鱼柳包的tartar sauce主要是用mayonaise做的,油多脂肪高。而这个自制tartar
sauce很健康,做法和材料也很简单:将黄瓜、香菜、薄荷叶、西芹、洋葱统统切碎,放入greek
yogut (或普通的原味yogurt),
再加入些许柠檬汁、盐、黑胡椒粉、幼糖搅拌均匀就行了。如果不喜欢薄荷叶、西芹和洋葱也可以不放。
