Berry Triffle

Rapesberry Triffle - healthy snack :)

It's so easy to make your own fruit yogurt, and you know there is real fruit in it & not artificial flavoring. Also, you can control the amount of sugar, or even better, you can add honey to it.

这是一道健康的甜品。做法也很简单:
1)把洗好的Rapesberry(也可以用黑梅、蓝莓或草莓)放入热锅煮一煮,再加些糖或蜜糖(分量随个人喜好),等berry稍微煮开(break up) 就可以熄火了,待冷却后备用。

2)拿一个透明的玻璃杯子,放一层原味的yogurt,加一层煮过冷却的berry,加一层granolacerealsnuts或压碎的digestive饼干也行。

注:做好后,最好马上吃,因为granolacerealsnuts或压碎的digestive饼干软了就不好吃了。
