Pork Loin Braised in Milk 博洛尼猪扒

Italian cuisine is not just pizza & pasta. 

This Bolognese Style Pork Loin Braised in Milk, recipe from 'The Essential of Classic Italian Cooking', is one of those that clearly express the genius of Italian regional cuisine. 

At first, I was kind of apprehensive about the recipe, cos it mainly use milk to braise the loin of pork for hours, beside little oil & salt, there is no other ingredient. But I am glad that I gave this unique recipe a try! Yummylicious!
